As far as states go, it is the melting pot of the country with respect to the types of people living here and that charm carries over into the towns and makes it one of the strongest reasons you might want to live here.

When purchasing Pennsylvania foreclosure listings or looking to purchase, the rules are just a little different on how the foreclosure happens. First the lender has to send a notice to the borrower after they are 60 days behind. Once that notice has been delivered the borrower then has 30 days to cure that default to the lender.

If he or she does not do so then the court can find them in default and they have 20 days to respond before the foreclosure is ordered.
